ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING SERVICES. The City of North Mankato will be requesting Statements of Qualifications from Architectural and Engineering organizations for the design of the Public Works Facility and for related pre-construction and procurement A/E services. The City of North Mankato will receive printed Statements of Qualifications for the Project at the North Mankato City Hall located at 1001 Belgrade Avenue, North Mankato, MN 56003, until Friday, January 31, 2025, at 4:30 PM local time. See Requests for Qualifications for details on preparing and submitting the Statement of Qualifications. Project Information and Proposal Documents can be found on the City’s website. The City of Anoka, Minnesota is soliciting proposals for civil legal services from firms experienced in municipal law and representation of municipal clients as city attorney. Requests For Proposal Packets with instructions may be obtained on the City of Anoka website at www.anokaminnesota.com. All proposals must be submitted electronically as one PDF to [email protected]. Subject line of the email must state Request For Proposal For Civil Legal Services. All proposals must be submitted no later than 4:30 p.m. on February 11, 2025.  Late proposals will not be considered. All proposals must be submitted no later than 4:30 p.m. on February 11, 2025.  Late proposals will not be considered. CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK SERVICES. The City of Buffalo is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) to provide preconstruction and construction management services for renovations to the former “PenRad” building – an approximately 12,000 square feet space to house the City’s Community Center. The selected CMaR will need to coordinate their services and work with City staff and City’s selected architectural/engineering firm for the Project, Bolton & Menk, during both the preconstruction and construction phases of the project. HOUSING STUDY. The Montevideo Economic Development Authority is inviting proposals for a comprehensive housing study encompassing all of Chippewa County, with a particular focus on Clara City and the City of Montevideo.  The full posting details are available online. Questions on the RFP can be directed to Jessica Dahms, Community Development Coordinator: [email protected]. LABOR & EMPLOYMENT LEGAL SERVICES. The City Council of the City of Nisswa invites interested law firms with a minimum of five years of municipal law experience to submit written proposals to provide Labor and Employment Legal Services to the City. As Labor Attorney, the selected law firm will be expected to provide a wide range of legal services related to labor and employment issues. RESEARCH AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE. The Resilient Communities Project (RCP) is currently accepting proposals from local government agencies anywhere in Minnesota for partnerships to begin fall 2025. Selected partners benefit from applied research and technical assistance on one or more locally defined projects, provided by graduate and professional students and faculty at the University of Minnesota from a wide range of academic departments and disciplines. Proposals must include a minimum of three discrete projects intended to advance community sustainability and resilience. RCP encourages projects that address racial, economic, or other inequities and disparities in Minnesota. Matching funds are available from the Metropolitan Council for agencies located within the seven-county Twin Cities metropolitan area and within the Council’s jurisdiction. REDEVELOPMENT. The City of Pine City is seeking proposals from developers interested in purchasing and redeveloping a 1.55-acre site at 315 Main Street South in downtown Pine City.
