Housing, jobs, recreation on the way for Rosemount

Falcon Heights marks opening of affordable housing in historic Snelling-Larpenteur building
Developer Buhl Investors has turned a historic art deco-style office building in Falcon Heights into affordable apartment units. Mankato aims to boost housing affordability
