Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) work can help city leaders and staff understand how to equitably serve their community. The purpose of this 21-day DEI challenge is to make learning about DEI easy, accessible, and self-paced.

By joining the 21-Day DEI Challenge beginning on Monday, Oct. 28, you will receive daily emails with information, resources, and practical tips on applying DEI principles to your work. Each day, for 21 weekdays, you can explore one or more resources to dive deeper into a DEI-related topic.* 

Every topic includes multiple resources to engage with in different ways: watching, reading, connecting, and listening. This challenge focuses on various DEI topics, how they relate to local government, and issues in the context of the state of Minnesota. This challenge is open to all city employees and officials, whether or not you participated in the 5-day challenge earlier this year.
