Managing Difficult Conversations with Constituents, a Braver Angels Workshop

The logo for the Braver Angels Managing Difficult Conversations with Constituents workshop is shown.

Navigating tough topics—whether addressing complaints, managing differing opinions, or discussing sensitive issues—can be challenging.

Join us for this interactive workshop and work with your peers to learn effective and practical tools you can use to help engage with community members in a constructive, respectful, and empathetic manner and enhance your ability to serve as a trusted leader.

Whether you are facing a contentious issue, a frustrated community member, or navigating a polarized environment, this workshop will help you build the skills needed to handle difficult conversations with confidence, professionalism, and respect.

This course is brought to you through a collaboration between Braver Angels, the League of Minnesota Cities, the Association of Minnesota Townships, the Minnesota School Boards Association, and the Association of Minnesota Counties.
