AUDITING SERVICES. The City of Henning is accepting proposals to provide auditing services for the City’s financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024, as outlined in the Request for Proposals document available at the Henning City Hall, 612 Front Street Henning, MN 56551. These audits are to be performed in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America and the standards applicable to financial audits contained in Government Auditing Standards, issued by the Comptroller General of the United Statesas well as the provisions of the Minnesota Legal Compliance Audit Guide for Local Government and requirements of the Office of State Auditor. CITY ATTORNEY. The City of South St. Paul is seeking written proposals to retain the services of a professional legal consultant to provide civil legal services to the City and act in the role of City Attorney. The City Attorney is expected to provide a wide range of general legal services for the City and act in an advisory capacity to the City Council, City Administrator, City Staff, and appointed committees as directed. Basic services for this proposal include those legal services generally understood within the field of municipal law to fall within the category of “general counsel” work, and are outlined in the Request for Proposals which can be found at (https://www.southstpaul.org/930/2025-Legal-Services). CIVIL ATTORNEY LEGAL SERVICES. The City of Center City is requesting submissions for proposals from firms experienced in municipal law to provide legal services to the City. As City Attorney, the selected law firm will be expected to provide a wide and diverse range of legal services. The City Attorney will be selected by the City Council and will work closely with elected officials, the City Clerk, and various City Staff. Center City is a statutory city with a population of approximately 645. The City has a Volunteer Fire Department and contracts law enforcement services with Chisago County Sheriff’s Department. COMPREHENSIVE PLAN REVISIONS. The City of Lanesboro, Minnesota is accepting responses to a Request for Proposals for professional services to update the City’s comprehensive plan. The City intends to contract with a qualified consultant to guide the City Council in updating its current plan. The complete RFP is on the City’s website. CREDIT CARD PROCESSING SERVICES. The City of Wadena, Minnesota, invites proposals from qualified firms for The City of Wadena, Minnesota, invites proposals from qualified firms for credit card processing services for the Liquor Store, Wellness Center, Golf Course, and Campground. The goal is to secure competitive pricing, reliable support, and efficient transaction tracking. The selected vendor must provide PCI-compliant processing for multiple locations, dependable support, detailed reporting, and transparent pricing. Proposals should include an overview of experience, system features for multi-location use, security protocols, support availability, and a comprehensive fee structure. Proposals will be evaluated based on support quality, system reliability, security, and pricing. Key dates are as follows: submission deadline Dec. 16, 2024, at 4:30 p.m.; and vendor selection by Jan. 14, 2025. FACILITATION SERVICES. The City of South St. Paul is seeking proposals from professional consulting firms with proven experience in facilitation services to guide our seven-member City Council in the formation of annual goals in early 2025. Goal setting gives Council an opportunity to work on team formation and development, group decision-making, review of Council Policy and Procedures, and reconnecting around the City’s mission, vision and values. For this opportunity, the City is seeking an experienced facilitator that possesses experience working with a body of elected officials composed of a variety of personality styles, values, life experiences, viewpoints and levels of understanding about local government in Minnesota. FIRE SERVICES EVALUATION. The City of Cottage Grove is accepting responses to conduct a comprehensive fire services and emergency medical services evaluation (Standards of Cover) and Community Risk Assessment. The project will provide recommendations for service delivery for the Cottage Grove Fire Department. The complete RFP can be obtained by contacting Fire Chief Jon Pritchard at [email protected]. HOMEOWNER ACCESSIBILITY GRANT PROGRAM. The Blaine Economic Development Authority (EDA) is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified non-profit and for profit service providers to design and administer a program promoting accessibility and fall prevention. Program must include an assessment of the accessibility needs based on the physical characteristics of individual homes and their residents and administration of a small grant program. HOUSING STUDY. The Montevideo Economic Development Authority is inviting proposals for a comprehensive housing study encompassing all of Chippewa County, with a particular focus on Clara City and the City of Montevideo.  The full posting details are available online. Questions on the RFP can be directed to Jessica Dahms, Community Development Coordinator: [email protected]. LOCKER ROOM ADDITION PROJECT. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued on behalf of the City of St. Cloud City Council and the Community Services and Facilities Division. The City/Department are seeking bids for a two-level addition to the existing Municipal Athletic Complex arena, of approximately 14,000 sq ft, located at 5001 Veterans Drive, St. Cloud, MN. Addition includes three locker rooms and dryland training facility, including space for refrigeration equipment and resurfacing equipment; bids will include furnishing of all labor, material, and all else necessary to complete the project. REDEVELOPMENT. The City of Pine City is seeking proposals from developers interested in purchasing and redeveloping a 1.55-acre site at 315 Main Street South in downtown Pine City. REDEVELOPMENT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. The City of Hopkins/Hopkins Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) is soliciting proposals for development on 4 City-owned sites in downtown Hopkins. Developers may submit a proposal for one site or multiple sites. REDEVELOPMENT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. The City of North St. Paul is seeking proposals from qualified local developers for the Margaret Street Commons redevelopment site. The proposals should include the design, financing, and construction of a multi-family mixed-use development. REFUSE HAULERS. The City of Wadena is seeking proposals from licensed commercial refuse haulers for collection services at City-owned facilities. This is a request for proposals (RFP), not a competitive bid process. The City Council will evaluate proposals based on factors such as pricing, experience, references, and responsiveness to the RFP. Proposals must be submitted by Dec. 20, 2024, at 4 p.m.. Submissions can be emailed in PDF format to [email protected]. Hard copies are not required but, if submitted, must be sealed and delivered to the City Administrator at 222 2nd St SE, Wadena, MN 56482, marked as “City of Wadena Refuse Collection Services.” Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered. The schedule includes an RFP release in Nov. 2024, a submission deadline on Dec. 20, 2024, and a recommendation to the City Council in Jan. 2025. STORAGE ARRAYS. LOGIS is a governmental association formed by a joint powers agreement that is dedicated to providing cost effective data processing solutions for its member organizations. LOGIS is currently in the process of accepting bids for two Pure Storage Arrays, that includes the specified hardware, software, installation, and support. Should any details necessary for a clear and comprehensive understanding be omitted or any error appear in the RFB document, or should the vendor note facts or conditions which, in any way, conflict with the letter or spirit of the RFB document, it shall be the responsibility of the vendor to obtain clarifications before submitting a bid. TRANSPORTATION STUDY. The Mankato/North Mankato Area Planning Organization (MAPO) has released two separate Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to solicit responses from qualified firms for the purposes of producing separate deliverables: 1)Lee Boulevard Corridor Study in North Mankato; 2) Balcerzak Drive Corridor Study in Mankato. Each study will undergo a separate procurement/ranking/contract selection process. Proposals will be submitted individually per study. Firms selected must have experience and expertise in corridor transportation and multimodal planning. The RFPs are available online at mnmapo.org. QUALIFIED ACCOUNTING FIRMS. The City of Wadena is requesting proposals from qualified accounting firms to audit its financial statements for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2024, with optional renewals for 2025 and 2026. Audits must comply with generally accepted auditing standards, Government Auditing Standards, and Minnesota Legal Compliance Audit Guide requirements. The City, incorporated in 1874, operates under a council-manager system, with a $4.3 million General Fund budget, enterprise funds, and a liquor store requiring inventory audits. Proposals should include staff details, audit approach, and fees for financial services like Tax Increment Financing reports, financial form preparation, and fixed asset maintenance. The City anticipates record availability by March 15, 2025, with draft reports due by June 1 and final reports by June 15. Submissions must be sent to Kim Schroeder, City Administrator, by Dec. 20, 2024, at 4:30 p.m.. Selection will consider qualifications, technical approach, and price. The City reserves the right to reject any proposal.
