Instructions to save LMC web pages as PDF.
Google Chrome Windows and Mac
1. Click the options menu (three vertical dots) in the top right corner and choose “Print…” from the drop-down menu. Keyboard shortcut: Control + P (Windows); Command + P (Mac).
2. In the pop-up window, click the down arrow to the right of Destination and select Save as PDF in the drop-down menu.
3. Select the Save button and choose a destination on your computer. Click the Save button.
Microsoft Edge
1. Click the options menu (three horizontal dots) in the top right corner and choose Print from the drop-down menu. Keyboard shortcut: Control + P.
2. In the pop-up window, click the down arrow under Printer and select Save as PDF in the drop-down menu.
3. Optional: you can choose the orientation and page range in Layout and Pages. You can also click on More Settings to view and adjust other options like paper size and scaling.
4. Click the Save button and select a destination on your PC. Click the Save button.
Safari
There are two ways to save a web page as a PDF in Safari.
Option 1:
1. Choose File on the menu bar and then select “Export as PDF…” in the drop-down menu.
2. In the pop-up window enter a file name, select a destination, and click the Save button.
Option 2 (if you want more control of your PDF settings):
1. Choose File on the menu bar and then select “Print…” in the drop-down menu. Keyboard shortcut: Command + P to open the printer window.
2. In the pop-up window, click the down arrow located in the bottom left corner. Select Save as PDF in the drop-down menu.
3. In the next pop-up window, you can enter a file name, title, subject, author, keywords, and security options.
4. Select a destination and click the Save button.
Firefox Windows and Mac
1. Click the application menu (three horizontal lines) in the top right corner and choose “Print…” in the drop-down menu. Keyboard shortcut: Control + P (Windows); Command + P (Mac).
2. In the pop-up window, click the down arrow under Destination and select Save to PDF in the drop-down menu.
3. Click the Save button and select a destination on your computer. Click the Save button.
Internet Explorer
1. Select the action menu (gear icon) in the top right corner.
2. In the drop-down menu, select Print > “Print…”. Keyboard shortcut: Control + P.
3. In the Windows Print interface, choose Microsoft Print to PDF or Adobe PDF in the list of printers.
4. Select Print.
5. In the Windows Explorer window choose where you want to save the PDF. Name the file and click the Save button.
